Sandy Fisher is presently serving as an Arts Commissioner for the City of Santa Clarita. She also presided as President of the Santa Clarita Artists’
Association for 2 years and Vice President for 1 year. Sandy has won a number of Artistic awards for her photography and paintings like
the SCAA Art Classic and loves exploring the many fascinating techniques of watercolors.

Jaylene Armstrong is a retired Art Educator from Madison, Wisconsin.
Jaylene taught art classes to Elementary, Middle School and College
students for 26 years. She is an Award-winning painter, photographer, designer of high end
jewelry and a has a regular Art column in the Magazine of Santa Clarita. She is very active in the City with Community Art, specially
Art Education.

Jeff Barber is the City’s Arts and Events Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Develop long-range plans for the public art opportunities.
* Build collaborations and partnerships within the local art community.
* Research and produce events and exhibitions.
* Supervise Arts and Events Coordinators.
* Contact and confirm presenters by writing and sending letters of agreement.
* Evaluate and keep statistical records on programs.
* Develop department budget proposals and track program costs and revenue.
* Develop department strategies and implement plans.
* Implement events.
